The Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading international law firm. Our client is looking to hire an IT Training and Solutions Analyst to provide desk side and regional support to the organisation's offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha.
Your main responsibility will be to work closely with individuals regionally and locally, providing IT support and training. You will also promote Service Now as the tool to raise technical issues across the organisation.

Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 1 years' experience within a similar technical helpdesk role as well as a minimum of 1 years' experience within a legal environment. You should have previous exposure to legal applications such as Hummingbird, Document Management and Carpe Diem. As this a customer facing role, excellent communication skills are essential
