Job Description :

Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the purpose of the International Sales Executive position is to sell the Company's products to customers in overseas markets. These customers will be mainly lubricant manufacturers / blenders (B2B business) based in the targeted markets of the Middle East, Africa, and the Indian Subcontinent.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Introduce the Company and its product portfolio as per allocated customer plan by phone, email, and in specific cases by personal visits.
Maintain excellent relations with existing and potential international customers in order to understand their needs and requirements, and report findings to the Senior Commercial Manager to help devise sales strategies.
Prepare quotations and sales contracts.
Check online inquiries and respond accordingly.
Accompany superiors to customer meetings and record minutes of meetings.
Liaise and coordinate with the finance department on customers’ payment conditions and performances, and follow up on collection.
Keep customers informed of the progress of their orders and ensure they are notified with status updates and of any possible delays.
Liaise with logistics executives to ensure customer order deliveries are done correctly and on time.
Maintain awareness of products stock levels to be able to answer customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
Perform the all the required data entry into the ERP system.
Receive and execute tasks and orders from superiors to achieve yearly objectives.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and their applications and specifications.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Chemistry or Mechanical / Chemical Engineering.
Technical and/or Chemical knowledge of lubricants and their components.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position, i.e. selling additives to the lubricant industry on an international basis, and minimum 5 years’ experience in a related field.
