Production Manager with 2-5 years of experience in Exhibition Stand Building.

As a manager you will report to the Managing director and your role will include as detailed below:
Recruit and build a production team comprising of supervisors, carpenters, painters, welders, estimators etc...

Envision and implement a production process.
As a manager you will be involved in the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage.

Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule which includes all aspect of delivery (graphics production, structure fabrication, A/V sourcing, furniture, transportation etc).

Ensuring that the production is cost effective.

Assist Account Managers with cost estimates, budgets and margin management;
Whenever necessary, source and negotiate with subcontractors, production suppliers, internal and external supply chain, to ensure each project is successfully resourced, budgeted and managed, and delivered according to Company processes.

Monitor the technical drawings for all approved projects and provide the needed support to drafts man.

Analyses and review the technical drawings of all approved projects before submitting it to production department.

Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.

Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment.

Working with Managing Director to implement the company's policies and goals;
