Skills and Expertise:
• To qualify for this role, the candidate should possess the following:
o A suitable university education
o Knowledgeable in MS office application
• Must be dynamic, energetic and with excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Good communication skills and should be polite and humble;
• Ability to work in teams and take roles assigned by the manager in line;
• Understanding inter cultural values and develop high level of bonding with other team members;
• Time discipline so to ensure targets are achieved with minimal disturbances and/or time wastage.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Coordinate with the clients on policy renewal, claims, quotation and other information related to the client for the issuance of insurance policy.
• Provide support in evaluating and assessing risks and properly evaluating proposals.
• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports which will assist the management in effectively meeting the company's objectives.
• Organize and maintain all computerized and manual records to ensure smooth flow of work
• Keep informed on all matters related to data processing as well as relevant information related to the various classes of business being handled by the company.
• In co-ordination role, keeping a proper diary of events in progress is very critical;
• Establish a system of harmony and co-ordination in the group.
