Job description
Purpose of the Job:
To provide effective administration and support across all areas of Human Resources within Africa working closely with the local HR team to ensure timely execution of HR reports and projects.

Management of Africa Internal Communication
Management of Dashboard/SharePoint
Ensure that all countries are having an updated country profile and benefit checklist
Document controller for all Africa HR policies and procedures
Legal case monitoring
Manage process on Global Opinion Survey
Provide administrative support on bonus scheme, salary review and insurance renewal.
Strong experience and exposure in Payroll.
Comprehensively execute all assigned projects using the Orange belt principles, tools and procedures.
Display strong commitment to operational excellence activities.

Skillset & experience:
Minimum 03 years’ experience in HR Function with payroll processing experience
Computer literate with advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Working Knowledge on WPS is a must.
Bachelor degree in a related field
Fluent in English with good communications skills and knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an advanta
Strong analytical and system skills
Previous experience on HR systems
Planning & Organising skills
Initiative & independent
