About the Job
In this role you will be responsible for:

To build and retain a long-lasting relationship with new and existing customers in a multichannel retail environment by:

Valuing and fulfilling customer needs and expectations, thereby stimulating more and more frequent visits.
Understanding customer motivation and expectations, and playing an active role in turning them into commercial opportunities.
Ensuring a positive shopping experience that creates trust in the IKEA Brand, planning delivery to customers as per the dates planned.
This shall happen by working in partnership with all business functions to contribute to commercial growth.
Optimize the customer experience and secure satisfied customers by using deep knowledge of the IKEA product range and services.
Support customers and colleagues by providing specialized coordination support and solutions to complex customer orders and delivery.
Log relevant customer information / status to enable improvements to the IKEA business and customer experience.
Work closely with CU / Stores for all central unit orders and create full proof delivery plan in coordination with the stores and CU
Actively gain and spread knowledge defined in the area of expertise within the team.
Understand the unit action plan and actively contribute in achieving the goals. Provide fast and easy support in all customer contacts and to all business partners.
Actively build rapport with customers by being empathetic, helpful and providing a solution that satisfies the customer.
Support & share knowledge with colleagues in my unit to enhance the daily business. Support the team by suggesting improvements in order to meet service and sales goals.
Verify and document customer information in applicable systems, with high quality and in a trustful way.
Full fill daily business tasks in line with operational routines, regulations and guidelines.
Take responsibility for learning and development in everyday situations and especially in the assigned business knowledge area.
To check each of the transferred goods in details for correct product/ quantity/ quality/ damages.
To hand over the goods (customer wise to delivery team) as per the dates and time agreed.
