Job Description :

Marketing Manager will be reporting to Business Development Director and the main purpose of this role is to design, implement and evaluate annual marketing plans, make sales projection for each product based on Market Research, marketing expenses allocation between products, strategies on Pricing, Packaging and distribution channel, decide on the marketing materials needed to accomplish the goals.

Key responsibilities include ;
Build and implement the yearly Branding Objectives & Marketing strategies for each product.
Must be able to prepare effective marketing budgets and track spending, and ensure full calendar activities are in line with the budget and business strategy.
Take brand ownership & safeguard brand values.
Recommend the best packaging, pricing, positioning ideas to ensure consumer uplift.
Plan the marketing tools effectively and choose the right mix among print, digital, social media, events, exhibitions, sponsorships, promotions etc.
Design and implement effective and efficient merchandising practices and ensure periodic training (in-house / on the job) to the Merchandising Team
Ability to lead, negotiate, and maintain a good working relationship with external suppliers / distributors / media and research agencies for strategic partnership activities.
Analyzing consumer insights and market trends, recommend changes to marketing strategies, product range, packaging, pricing, and other features to ensure consumer uplift.
Close monitoring of sales performances & forecasts and act as a key contributor to the sales & profit growth.
Writing, disseminating and analyzing periodic / ad hoc sales and make recommendations to the stake holders.
Evaluate channel strategy, category and product performance by channel.
Review Product Life Cycle (PLC) impact on marketing campaigns.
Collaboration with Operations, Procurement, Business Development, Personnel and Finance with matters pertaining the brand maintenance and development
Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader.
