Our client is a UK based healthcare services provider and as part of their global expansion, we are recruiting an experienced Commercial Business Manager to lead the establishment, launch, growth and operations of their new facility in Dubai. The role will focus on market entry networking, business development, marketing and operations together with the implementation of pricing, policies, patient retention and measuring the performance of all services provided through the network of healthcare providers and insurance institutions.

Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered:
10+ years in managed healthcare services development and management, sales, marketing, strategic planning and performance management in the UAE.
Proven leadership ability in corporate strategy planning and execution from concepts through to go to market tactical activities.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Fluent in English.
UAE driving license.
Development, implementation and roll out of government and private healthcare services through a network of insurance providers and brokers, hospitals, clinics and medical centres in line with DHA and DHCC regulations and guidelines to increase brand awareness, market share and revenue.
Overseeing the federal and commercial compliance available schemes.
Revenue and budget planning and management.
Networking at healthcare related industry events.
Source and manage media related agencies, vendors and suppliers.

Desired Skills and Experience
Essential Skills & Experience Required
Proven UAE experience of strategically developing and implementing healthcare plans and services amongst insurance providers and brokers and medical institutions with strong knowledge of DHA and DHCC healthcare services and insurance regulations and guidelines.
Strong understanding of government and private healthcare, employee healthcare schemes and healthcare tourism regulations and guidelines.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with proven experience in market and segment analysis, competitor market research and analysis, product definition and underwriting and pricing strategies.
Experience of project and process management, go to market lifecycle management, vendor and consultant management.
Proven experience in developing vendor and partnership metrics to measure product performance.
Effective commercial negotiation skills.
Ability to develop mutually beneficial strategic commercial partnerships with healthcare service providers and insurance organisations.
Strong network of UAE contacts in government entities, DHA, DHCC and healthcare and medical insurance industry.
Proficient use of MS Office and CMS systems.
