Job Description :

To take ownership of the Customer Service transformation journey and ensure it is actualized according to plan.
This position is a two year contract term, subject to renewal upon mutual consent of the employer and employee.
Oversee all activities related to the Customer Service Transformation
Provide guidance and support to Transformation Program Resources in executing transformation activities
Coordinate with relevant ADEC stakeholders to obtain required support to deliver the transformation program
Ensure transformation is delivered on time and within budget.
Bachelor's Degree in business or education;
Master's Degree in education is preferred.
7+ years' experience in the education sector with at least 4 years in a senior management role
Demonstrated skills in leadership and management;
Advanced understanding of customer service
