Substantial knowledge in CRM segmentation, campaign management, direct marketing, offer management, data mining, interactive marketing, database marketing, and email marketing /strong background in Salesforce.

Job Responsibilities:

Build, oversee and coordinate the implementation of the CRM tools (Sales Force / Marketing), working closely with IT department, ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points
Planning, managing and delivering multi-channel, digital CRM marketing campaigns.
Ensure Sales Force project is well implemented (analytics, settlement and improvement of the platform)
Manage the Salesforce application and ensure its smooth running and effectiveness
Maintain functional specification of Salesforce and ensure the IT infrastructure and application architecture is effectively supporting the business model.

Min 1 year experience within a CRM administrative role in the Professional Services industry.
Experience deploying and managing enterprise-wide Salesforce implementations.
Ability to quickly understand and adhere to internal process, e.g. Risk/Conflict Management process and rules.
Experience with programming languages like SQL, R, JavaScript, Java, Apex.
Experience with data visualization tools like Periscope, Tableau, PowerBI, RStudio, Google Data Studio, etc.
Solid understanding of HTML and CSS language in the context of email design.
Prior experience with complex data migration, ETL processes, and data analysis.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience translating technical concepts and decisions to non-technical staff.
Work closely with sales team and business development team to drive the successful set up and ongoing maintenance of the Salesforce platform.
Must have a strong commercial outlook and the ability to manage project delivery through internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent understanding of CRM principles in a B2B and B2C environment.
Very strong attention to detail.
Good command of MS Office tools.
Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Salesforce certification(s) strongly preferred.
