Job Description :

Our client, a highly reputable government entity that focuses on driving transformation and innovation initiatives across Dubai and the UAE, is currently looking to hire a UAE National Brand Experience Director.

Key responsibilities:

Articulate the brand principles to guide all branding activities within the Branding team and by other departments.
Build collaborative relationships with the creative, marketing and communications departments to ensure brand consistency in all external material.
Have a detailed understanding of all the brand and use this information to build a comprehensive brand activation strategy.
Gather data and insight on the brand, including activation and perceptions externally and internally, and use it to amend and update the brand experience.
Coming up with innovative solutions for brand engagement.
Set and manage the budget for brand activities, monitoring ongoing spend against it.
Collaborating with brand and digital agencies and content developers responsible for designing branding content, including negotiating contract terms, monitoring performance and providing insight and data.
You will maintain a well-organized and accessible library of brand-approved content that can be used for marketing, advertising, PR and other purposes.
Commissioning, reviewing and approving digital content for alignment with the brand will be a key part of your role.
Develop new and innovative ways to convey the brand message, keeping up to date with innovative branding practices globally.
Review and authorize branded content including merchandise, signage, advertising…etc.
Work with guest relations to understand and improve the brand experience, by understanding the intangible touchpoints with visitors and by building guidelines and principles to enable staff to engage with guests in a brand-consistent way.
Conduct branding audits and ensures branding is consistent across all touchpoints.
Be responsive to off-brand messages, PR issues and other external brand issues as they arise in collaboration with Communications Manager.

Key requirements:

Minimum 12+ years’ experience working in brand management and marketing for well-known hospitality, tourism or leisure brands, in either internal or agency roles.
A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, PR or any other related field.
Extensive experience in digital marketing and social media engagement is required.
Exceptional attention to detail and will be obsessive about brand consistency.
Strong interpersonal skills that allows to develop strong relationships internally and externally with agencies and influential stakeholders.
Fluency in both English and Arabic.
