As a Network Administrator
• Designing and planning the network -Designing a network involves making decisions about the type of network that best suits the needs of your organization. In larger sites this task is performed by a senior network architect: an experienced network administrator familiar with both network software and hardware.

• Setting up the network - which involves setting up and configuring the network. This consists of installing the hardware that makes up the physical part of the network, and configuring the files or databases, hosts, routers, and network configuration servers.
• Maintaining the network
? Adding new host machines to the network
? Administering network security
? Administering network services, such as NFSTM services, name services, and E- mail
? Troubleshooting network problems
Expanding the network
? Setting up a new network and connecting it to the existing network using a machine functioning as a router, thus creating an internetwork
? Configuring machines in users' homes or in remote office sites and enabling these machines to connect over telephone lines to your network
? Connecting your network to the Internet, thus enabling users on your network to retrieve information from other systems throughout the world

As a Network Administrator

As a Microsoft Exchange Admin Centre Administrator (office 365)
• Implement security create a mailbox
• Monitoring Spam or Junk mails to the client users

As a Windows Server Administrator

• Server or systems administrators maintain the computer networking system in an office environment by tracking server activity, performing upgrades of software, maintaining computer hardware, addressing questions about technical problems,
• Improving efficiency by evaluating system network functions. Most work is completed during regular business hours. Occasionally, with new system upgrades or server fixes, work must be completed during odd hours of the night or on weekends. This is when traffic to a Website or office activity will be at its lowest and thus have less of an impact on business.


As a System Administrator

• User administration (setup and maintaining account)

• Creating a security policy to counter the risks detected
• Implementing the security policy;
• Auditing the security policy at different times under different test circumstances to find vulnerabilities
• Modifying the security policy for better protection of the network

• Establishes Web system specifications by analyzing access, information, and security requirements; designing system infrastructure.
• Secures Web system by developing system access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; establishing and testing disaster recovery policies and procedures; completing back-ups; maintaining documentation.

As a CCTV Cameras Administrator
• Designing a network involves making decisions about the type of cabling that best suits the needs of your organization.
• Monitoring and operating the CCTV cameras and associated equipment in the
• CCTV Control Room.
• Managing associated alarms and call monitoring
• Follow protocols for maintaining the security of the CCTV Control Room and its facilities
• Monitoring DVR Hard drives temperature of system
• Monitoring cameras and visual resolution and recording resolution for better view

As a PABX Administrator

• Implementing the PABX according to the location surveying the organization
• Analyzing the structure of the network and planning accordingly the cabling
• Programing the PABX system call Barring , code control
• Call monitoring all the extension and reporting to concert department
• Troubleshooting the problems to the extensions and PABX
