Looking for an IT Support Engineer to work for an Insurance brokers firm located in Dubai.

Basic Requirements

1 Minimum : 1 years of experience
2 Date Of Joining :Immediate
3 Candidates in UAE only need to apply.

Skills:

1 Working knowledge of MS Servers 2003 (SBS) /2008 R2/2012
2 Basic Knowledge about Configuring Network (TCP/IP)
3 Should have experience in handling Active Directory, MS Exchange.
4 Support staffs who are working on Windows 7, Windows XP and Mac systems.
5 Deploying updates , services packs and hot fixes using Windows Update

Desktop

1 Hands on experience with End user management including Desktop, Laptop and Printers with hardware, OS , drivers installation and problem solving skills
2 Well versed with Microsoft Office tools and solutions like MS Office, Visio, Project, etc.
3 Experience in functional and technical support, installation and Problem solving for desktop, servers, laptop, LAN, and remote systems

Asset Management

1 Asset inventory and management
2 Capacity planning and management

Storage

1 Experience with storage software products for backup, replication, and virtualization.

Knowledge & Project Management

1 Should be keen about latest technology trends and risks
2 Should be able to drive new technology and project implementations
3 Excellent analytical and problem management skills.
4 Should be able to engage with business teams for IT solution creation and implementation
5 Should have good project management

Personal Skills
1 Should be proficient in Reading, Writing and speaking English
2 Should possess good presentation skills
3 Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
