A Property Inspection Company requires the service of a qualified applicant to fill the position of Property/Building Inspector.

Job Summary: Inspection of buildings, Offices, Apartments and Villas. The inspections can be a complete review of the properties’ systems, level of maintenance and the overall condition of the property. Our inspections can cover one to all of the following: complete MEP systems, Fire & Life Systems, and Civil Works. We also provide investigative inspections into the failure of the building systems.

Skills
Job Specifications:
• Applicants MUST have a strong working experience in engineering
(Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and/or facility maintenance experiences), rounded maintenance/solution solving.
• Must have the ability to communicate in writing in English clearly.
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities in a very busy environment.
• Must possess detail orientation along with highly developed planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass the entry exam and do continuous training as needed to become a more efficient inspector.

Must hold or be able to get a UAE driver license before start of employment
