Direct Sales which include:
Effectively building and managing Corporate clients
Actively managing and developing online sales (supported by technical teams)
Developing and implementing Domestic sales programs (directly and through staff)
Setting out strategy and implementation of Incremental and Upselling revenue programs (through front line staff)
2. Service delivery standards and incremental sales achievements

Objective is to:

Enhance the customer experience
Increase the number of referrals by satisfied customers
Improve sales revenues through upselling and incremental sales
Job aim:

Drive the direct sales performance of the company by achieving the agreed targets
Drive incremental revenue through sales of merchandise, add-ons and additional services
Plan & build new revenue segments (including corporate sales & domestic sales)
Candidate profile

Experience:
Proven success in achieving qualitative and quantitative sales targets
Experience in B2B & B2C Sales in Travel / Tourism/Hospitality industry
Worked in the UAE or other Gulf countries
Client Relationship Development and Management
