Are you a passionate professional seeking a challenging role in Facilities Management? Emrill are looking for a qualified professional to fill the vacancy of Personal Assistant, Profile holder will work closely with Directors to provide administrative support also handle the Head Office administrative function. The role requires extensive knowledge of the organization and understand the organisation's aims and objectives holding discretion and confidentiality as the essential attributes.


Key Responsibilities
Ensuring the effective and proactive diary management of the Directors
Taking minutes of meetings as required.
Ensuring that any reports, documents and administrative tasks required by the Directors, including the provision of briefing information to support all meetings, are completed to the agreed standard and timescale
Responsible for the organization, travel itinerary, planning and co-ordination of meetings, events and projects
Managing the office of the Directors, including, as the first point of call for all customers (internal and external), providing a professional customer service
To compose draft letters and correspondence to the highest standard
On behalf of the Directors read and understand correspondence (including emails) and take appropriate action where necessary

Coordinate the requirements of the CRM process, including addition of new users, clients, meeting management and documentation etc, maintaining a client database and records for marketing purposes

Draft case studies, sector profiles, and similar support collateral

Active management of actions logs

Coordination of internal communications

Management of Office Boy and Head Office Reception functions

Other reasonable coordination and administration activities as required


Key Responsibilities
Degree and/or Higher Diploma in business administration highly desirable
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in facilities, project management or MNC is essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook

Meeting Minute Taking
Excellent English Communication Skills (Written and Spoken)
