We're a new startup and currently looking for a candidate that really matches the following profile as a Web Designer and Developer (Front and Back End)

We are looking for a charismatic, innovative candidate that can work independently, understands and has executed all there is needed to know about building websites.

Basic Requirements:

1. Degree: Bachelors (but will be exempted if you can show exceptional work examples)
2. Age: Any
3. Minimum Experience: 1-2 yrs (not essential if you can impressive work)
4. Location: Ajman or Dubai (To be discussed during the finalization phase)

Duties:

--Front-End--

As a front-end developer you must be able to understands the bridge connecting the design and back-end developement. The essence of the work is to take the final designs of an application and code it into the front-end code complimenting the back-end development to build the functionality of the app around it.

Languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Less (CSS Library), Bootstrap (Front-End Framework) etc.

--Back-End--

As a back-end coder, you must have the brains to develop the app that's required.

You must be able to build an application using server-side code such as PHP, Ruby, Python, .Net etc. which connects with a database (using MySQL, SQL, Access etc.)

--Designer--

Good knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Good knowledge of web integration (xHTML, CSS, Javascript).
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) any other language would be an asset
