Job Responsibility:

Prior experience in the maintenance and repair of below:

1. Deskjet printers
2. LaserJet Printer
3. Line Matrix Printer
4. Dot Matrix Printer
5. Plotters

~ Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, Plotters computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
~ Knowledge of Basic Networking & Desktop and analytical skills.
~ Maximize equipment up-time through timely response and effective and efficient repair with selective customer training to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
~ Ability to troubleshoot, repair and think independently.
~ Safely package equipment for branches and arrange for the transport of the equipment
~ Requesting and coordinating vendor support
