  The role
  
  We are looking for HR Assistant to be a member of Human Resources within Saab Shared Services in UAE and to engage with SAAB entities in Abu Dhabi, UAE This will also include under supervision, provision of clerical and administrative support to Human Resources disciplines such as Employee Relations, Staffing, Benefits or Compensation. This may include data entry into HRIS, preparation of correspondence, orientation to employees, coordination of company activities, coordination of interviews, coordination of leaves of absence, preparation of employee verifications, and maintenance of employee records. The HR Assistant will develop and maintain a good working relationship with both external and internal stakeholders for employee matters.
  
  Responsilbites
  
  : The main tasks would be supporting human resources team in various task and you will be involved in the daily HR activities including but not limited to: * Maintainance of HRIS employee & leave records. * Benefits eligibility and utilisation management * Fleet management * Production of HR analytics and reporting * Pension fund and insurance plan scheme administration handling * Employee certificates administration * Travel and accommodation booking and management for onboarding pusporses * Off boarding process support
  
  Experience And Skills
  
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources function at an International organisation in UAE * HR qualification (CIPD, SHRM etc.) * Bilingual Arabic/English fluent written/spoken level, mandatory * HRIS experience, proficient user (workday and/or local HRIS) * Must hold Valid UAE driving license
