JOB CONTEXT

We are looking for hungry and passionate entrepreneurs/consultants/operators/launchers that want to take a game-changing and successful model and multiply it across the world! - kicking off with Greece and KSA, as part of our expansion strategy. If you like travelling, the travel is intensive in this role. Launchers are on the road over 300 days per year. If you tend to get homesick after a few days or don't sleep well unless you're in your own bed, this is not the right position for you. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITES (OUTPUTS, KPI'S)

Before stepping into the city, the launcher must conduct;

- approvals, legal clearance and research about a city 

- research and map out supply landscape

- research demand and market sizing

- pricing benchmarks

- find your first customer and develop your market launch campaign strategy

Once in a city, the launcher must;

- recruit, hire, and train a local team

- develop partnerships and manage relationships 

- create a marketing strategy to scale the client base and increase visibility

- execute business development opportunities

- kick off the city!
