Job Description :

    • Nexa is looking for a seasoned acquisition / performance marketer to drive user growth by planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for our clients. 


      You are someone who comes with extensive digital campaign deployment experience and excel at creating and optimizing high performing campaigns from awareness through to sales conversion. 


      Key job responsibilities:

      • Develop innovative performance-centric integrated creative campaigns for clients, adapting their brand identity and guidelines into audience-specific messaging aligned with channel best practices
      • Strategizing and servicing creative needs from Paid Social to Programmatic, YouTube, Display and Amazon services
      • Identify the media best suited to meet specific campaign goals and ensure media plans align with business-line strategy
      • Manage day-to-day media planning and provide support to the Performance Marketing team
      • Assist in the tracking of accurate budgets and accruals in alignment with approved media plans
      • Partner with team members to develop budget allocations across media, media mix scenarios, resulting in strategic, effective media plans
      • Review media buys and post analyses in close coordination with other team members to ensure that media plans are maximizing ROI and achieving marketing goals
      • Analyzing data to determine the optimal media vehicles for reaching our target audiences including influencing marketing experimentation roadmap
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and effective marketing solutions
      • Manage communication and coordination with media buyers
      • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management and evaluate tradeoffs


      Qualifications:

      • At least 3+ years owning and managing client relationships to meet creative deliverables
      • Sharp creative eye and experience developing and producing creative campaigns built around performance
      • Proficient in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Shopping, Facebook Shops, Yahoo Gemini, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, Apple Search Ads, Mobile Advertising and Analytics (AppsFlyer, AdMob, Branch, Tapjoy, Firebase etc)
      • Experience working directly with Social media managers at a digital agency to analyze performance data and determine which assets to scale, which iterate additional versions upon and which to stop investing in
      • Strong client-facing communication skills for in-person pitches and existing client cross-sells
      • Knowledge of media and the ability to develop comprehensive media plans
      • Experience in identifying target audiences and developing targeted campaigns
      • Advanced degree (MBA or other applicable advanced degree)
      • Deep analytical abilities, specifically with respect to campaign performance
      • Ability to use hard data and metrics to activate strategies and develop business cases
      • Comfortable presenting ideas to senior level leadership, receptive of feedback and quick to apply changes
      • Precise and effective communication skills with the ability to influence others
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and deadlines
      • Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, with strong bias for action, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, and exceptional attention to detail
      • Strong sense of accountability and sound personal judgment with the capacity to handle a highly ambiguous environment
