Job Description :

Responsible for all business development and marketing strategies within the region.


·Ensure all initiatives align with the Global Marketing goals.

·Identify partnership opportunities and develop new relationships to grow business and help

the company expand in the India Region.

·Provide detailed reporting, writing, and editing for media communications & social media

needs related to our organization and ensure that they are published per Global Marketing

requirements.

·Translate and localize marketing materials from English to Hindi as required.

·Market research on competitor and industry trends to optimize the product, marketing, and

operations strategies.

·Collaborate with marketing, arrange promotional programs, activities, and events.

·Build relationships with local KOLs, communities, and other potential partners.

·Monitor our online presence and competitors. Also, keep up to date with the media trends

Proactively seek out, identify, and develop compelling and timely content.

·Prepare a strategy for business development, manage resources, budget, and focus on

generating revenue.

·Participate in strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development

initiatives.

·Coordinate and work closely with external stakeholders.

·Arrange meetings with clients for developing long term business deals.

·Create an effective sales pipeline to generate leads and users.

·Participate in strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development

initiatives.

·Focus on Institutional sales and clients such as: HNWI, Funds, Investment Agency, Miners, etc.


Requirements

·Bachelor's degree in marketing, business & management, or a related field;

·One year+ experience in a professional capacity;

·Excellent communication

·Clear, concise and unambiguous writing style;

·Ability to produce content quickly, regularly;

·Self-driven with the ability to deliver results with minimal supervision;

·Passionate, proactive, and up-to-date with blockchain technology
