Job Description :
Responsible for:-
The day to day management of the administrative team covering a broad range of responsibilities including reception, switchboard, secretarial and PA and other administrative support roles.
Ensure, through proactive management that the administrative needs of the school are met in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain efficient, stream lined administration procedures throughout the school.
Must have:-
Experience of using Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
Experience of Office Administration and day to day team management.
Operating simple financial controls and procedures
