• Perform an in-depth analysis on the key performance matrices within Customer Operations and will also provide tactical solutions on an ongoing basis to enhance CO teams performance and implement new methodologies to improve operational efficiency.

• Understand customer requirements as well as company requirements and transform them into business solutions, perform gap analysis and root cause analysis for any identified issues or errors and apply Business Intelligence expertise to create executive dashboards to depict performances at various levels.
