Job Description :

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to develop and execute clients' social media and digital strategies. This role will be accountable for proper execution of for creative campaigns / activations, content creation, community management, client coordination, activities reporting, and other functions.
Owned Functions
Fully understand and apply the SOCIALEYEZ brand identity including our Vision, Mission, Core Values, Core Purpose and Brand Promise. This identity needs to guide all our actions and communications
Receive fully detailed briefs of all clients before working on them, this includes going through all items on the agreed checklist and process o Ensure formal client activation steps / process is followed for every client
Implement fully and accurately the approved clients strategies
Approve all files sent to clients including (but not limited to) content calendars, campaign proposals, analysis reports.
Manage client’s budget including media buying, ensuring all information is regularly updated in line with company processes and forms
Meet every client at least once per month and regularly attend client events
Develop and implement quarterly activation plans
Ensure all client communications are professional, precise and concise
Review all monthly progress reports and improve performance where necessary
Regularly propose creative and innovative ideas for activations and campaigns; in line with client’s objectives - including setting up internal brainstorming sessions (with other account managers and creative team)
Regularly review client KPIs to ensure they’re being met o Ensure monthly client satisfaction scores are obtained from client o Regularly share key industry updates with clients
Provide the creative team with clear and timely briefs regularly
Give clear and regular guidance to your team members (if any) including setting their Performance Objectives and KPIs, as well as regularly providing them with performance feedback and training where needed
Contributing Functions
Work with Account Director(s) on building client’s annual strategy
Suggest video content ideas in line with client objectives
Regularly review all your client communities to ensure they are being well moderated and in a timely manner
Review and add comment on any client reports being sent by insights team
Ensure you and your team are regularly reviewing insights related to your client pages performance + tweaking your content & plans based on insights you observe
Assisting with general strategic initiatives or projects the agency may be working on
Participate in brainstorming sessions for clients managed by other team members
Help increase engagement with your own team members including voicing their feedback & getting them to be proactive
Proactively suggest ways to enhance the overall working environment and productivity at SOCIALEYEZ
