Job Description :

Our client is looking for a Social Media Manager with an experience of 3 years, predominantly in a service provider company

Responsibilities:

· Leads the team to determine the strategy including which channels, vendors, technology, partners, affiliates & practices related to all service offerings.

· Definition, creation, and deployment of social media strategy; providing inputs, developing and implementing the campaigns, monitoring and optimizing them in order to achieve the ROI.

· Development of Social Content strategy and management plan.

· Define strategy, partnerships, platforms and approaches to best reach, engage and support our customers.

· Creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content across different digital platforms

· Engagement content supported with boosts to drive maximum engagement.

· Creation of a regular publishing schedule templates

· Implementation of a content editorial calendar with markets to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.

· Measure and report performance of all online/offline marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

· Direct communication with Products Managers, Business Development Team, Sr. Marketing Manager & all related stakeholders.

Experience:

Must have 5 years experience within Digital Marketing/ Social Media Marketing / Branding role
Detailed understanding of the social landscape and key and platform capabilities
Detailed understanding of emerging platforms and recent social algorithm changes
Experience using Social reporting tools & Experience launching, managing, and growing social platforms
Detailed understanding of social bakers, HubSpot, social listening
