Digital Strategy Consultant (Full Time)

Our client is looking for a Strategy Consultant who will help clients to unleash the power of digital solutions to drive growth and create new sources of value within their businesses. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable working in hybrid roles that will expose you to business, technical and functional opportunities. You have to be passionate about digital technologies and transformation, as you will be at the forefront of helping drive change across a diverse set of business opportunities and domains. This is a client facing role, and you will work alongside clients and other partners. You will develop innovative strategies to improve business performance and to lead our clients as they navigate through large scale, complex, digital change.

Our client is looking for an associate consultant, consultant and senior consultant. For the senior levels, our client is expecting deep experience supporting senior level business leaders with digital technology strategy and guidance. The ideal candidate for this role is confident in leading teams, is a servant leader, always curious, thrives in ambiguity, thinks outside the box, and loves being a hands-on consultative partner to our clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Participate in gathering and researching data / information, and help develop conclusions from analysis
Produce deliverables which may include user research, maturity assessments, business case development, technical and business requirements gathering etc.
Work effectively within cross-functional teams to deliver projects for clients
Perform pertinent analysis that contributes towards the creation of client deliverables
Responsible for creating and leading portions of deliverables in PowerPoint/Keynote, Excel, Word etc.
Understand and translate client needs to a potential solution or point of view
Support the implementation of digital technologies and solutions for clients

Competencies

1-6 years of experience in a strategy or consulting organization. You have working knowledge of design thinking, customer journeys, service design and customer experience.
Experience in digital strategy / digital transformation preferred
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, any STEM degree or a related field is required
You will have a progressive career that has likely included a leading consulting or strategy practice, start-up, industry, or unique combination of these three.
You have solid experience in business strategy, opportunity assessment, financial modelling and business case development.
Strong consulting skills and experience consulting to C-level clients.
A "change agent" attitude, constantly pushing us and our clients to new opportunities, approaches, ideas, perspectives, etc.
Cool under pressure and in unpredictable circumstances. Thrive in ambiguous environments, and in informal, loosely structured and creative work environments
An expert collaborator and mentor that brings out the best in others
Personality! Must have a sense of humor and be able to see the funny side of life. An enthusiastic participant and a thoughtful observer when the moment calls for it.
Experience in user design thinking, business requirements gathering and change management preferred
Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong client presentation and facilitation skills
Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills at both a strategic and tactical level
