Our client is a growing group and due to expansion, they need a proven Salesfroce experter both technical and startegic. The Salesforce.com Manager will have a proven track record working with Salesforce.com CRM, lead and manage the teams, both technically and functionally. This role will require someone to be highly proficient with Salesforce.com CRM. The responsibilities will involve:


Directly manage the CRM team, consisting of developers and admins - With a core foucus Salesforce.
Key Stakeholders in the business, you will provide expert guidance on how to improve the current and prospective relationships through the use of the CRM.
Assess the current CRM platform (SALESFORCE.com) and ensure the business is optimising it’s use.
Work closely with external agencies and 3rd party suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of CRM projects.
The Succesful candidate must have delivered and managed at least 1 full implementation of Salesforce for end customer.
Deliver Change / Transformation of the current CRM change – while ensuring the business stakeholders are bought into the changes.
Integration to other critical business tools
Managerial Responsibilities will include: To plan, direct and manage the activities within the section/department taking responsibility for promoting and maintaining procedures and policies that enable and encourage optimum performance of the team and other resources.
Train, support and develop employees
We need someone who can build a team the works in a proactive positive culture.

The successful candidate will have the following credentials:

Experience managing Salesforce teams at senior level – therefore must have a technical Saleforce team.
Extensive experience with Salesforce.com implementations and administration
Tangible experience leading business systems implementation and managing business operations using KPIs driven process improvement
Experience working in an Agile Development (e.g. Scrum)
Ideally experience with Marketing Automation systems (e.g. MarketingCloud)
Experience with QlikView is desirable
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce
Strong leadership experience with the ability to lead cross-functional teams required
Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
Knowledge of project management methodologies and release management
Technical understanding of data models and high-level understanding of APEX code
