Introduction:
We are a hot startup with offices in Dubai & Bangalore! Our HQ is Dubai.
We provide innovative business solutions to the Middle East via ERP, CRM and DMS based enterprise applications.

The What:
We are looking to increase our Dubai based development team with an engineer who brings lots of positive energy, good communications skills and a pleasant but strong personality.

He or She will take charge and responsibility of IT projects and be able and willing to deliver as agreed with our management and as per the commitments to our Clients

The ideal candidate will be experienced in java based solutions & architectures and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision.

This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of working in a Technology startup like ours.

Your Responsibilities:
ï Serve as the single point of contact for IT projects given to you.
ï Coordinate and resolve issues to the Customer's satisfaction
ï Support and help maintain software systems as required
ï Manage relationships with customers as part of the projects you handle
ï Maintain timely reporting to management.

Our Requirements: MUST HAVE the following...!
ï A winnerís attitude - can-do, smiling, pleasant, polite but tough, always professional!
ï Strong java experience (3+ years) with 5+ full project lifecycles
ï Committed to maintaining data confidentiality at all times
ï Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
ï Attention to detail and problem solving skills
ï Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Our Requirements: Nice to Have!
ï Experience on customizing /configuring / maintaining
> OpenBravo ERP or similar Open ERP systems
> Alfresco or similar Document Management Systems
> VTiger, Zoho or similar CRM systems
> Mobile development on Android or IOS platforms
